Mr Leszczyński is a professor at the University of Łódź with a post-doctoral degree of Habilitated Doctor (doctor habilitatus) in Law. Employed at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź since 1984, he became partner at Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Jerzy Leszczyński, Zbigniew Wojnicki Sp. J. law firm in 1990. Mr Leszczyński chaired the supervisory boards of Suwary S.A. and PZF Cefarm – Kraków S.A., and served as supervisory board member at Condomi Erfurt Produktionsgesellschaft mbH of Erfurt and Condomi AG of Cologne. At present, he is chairman of supervisory boards of Monnari Trade S.A. (public company) and Business Support Solution S.A. (subsidiary of Pelion Healthcare Group), and serves as supervisory board member at BSP S.A. in Łódź. Mr Leszczyński has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Pelion S.A. since 1994.

Mr Janiszewski holds a PhD in Economics from the Warsaw University of Technology and Master of Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics. He worked, among others, at Polish Investment Company, London, HSBC Financial Services Bankers Trust Company, and since 1999 – at Deutsche Bank Polska SA, as the president of the management board. Mr Janiszewski chaires the supervisory board of DB Securities S.A. He is deputy chairman of supervisory board of Deutsche Bank PBC S.A. and member of supervisory board of Deutsche Bank Polska S.A, Cogngor SA, Mediacap SA and MCI Managment SA. He has sat on the Supervisory Board of Pelion S.A. since 1999.

Mr Tucharz graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Foreign Trade, and completed Postgraduate Studies in Marketing Policy at the same school. From 1993 he worked at brokerage houses and investment funds, and since 2006 he has been an independent entrepreneur. He serves as supervisory board member at Rovese SA. He has sat on the Supervisory Board of Pelion S.A. since 2009.

Mr Kalinka holds a PhD deegree in Pharmacy from the Medical Academy of Łódź. Between 1963 and 1994 he worked as scientific worker at Medical University of Łódź, and between 1980 and 1988 he worked as the manager of a hospital pharmacy in Benghazi, Libya. Since 1992, he has owned and managed a private pharmacy. He has sat on the Supervisory Board of Pelion S.A. since 2003.

Ms Biendara graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Łódź. She has been long involved with Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna (now Pelion S.A.), where she served as Vice-President of the Management Board for Finance from 1994 to 2000. She has sat on the Supervisory Board of Pelion S.A. since 2012.
